Mr. P is a veteran band director in Texas with 32 years of experience. Mr. P. started his career as assistant director at Abilene Cooper HS, then moved to Arlington TX to work as assistant director at Martin HS. Mr. P became the director at Seguin HS in Arlington when the school opened in the fall of 2002. The Seguin band became the first band in Arlington to qualify for the State marching contest in over 20 years when the band advanced to that prestigious competition in the fall of 2005. This is Mr. P's 13th year at Lee HS.
Ms. Rodriguez is in her 1st year at Lee High School and teaches the Marching Band, Symphonic Band, and Jazz Band. Mariana holds a Bachelors degree from Texas A&M University - Commerce in music education. She is a 2019 graduate of Lee HS, where she served for 2 years as drum major.
Dr. Stefan Ice is in his 12th year as the Percussion Coordinator for the Robert E Lee Schools. Dr. Ice teaches 6th grade percussion students at Baytown Junior and Horace Mann and oversees all percussion ensembles at Robert E Lee High School. Dr. Ice received his Master of Music and Doctoral of Musical Arts degrees in Percussion Performance at the University of Oklahoma in Norman, OK. He received his Bachelor of Science in Music from Texas A&M - Commerce.
