The Jazz band is a very active and popular ensemble within the band program at Lee HS. They are in high demand for public performances at community events and school band concerts. The band performs classic jazz repertoire focusing on developing the students’ improvisation skills. The band also performs a variety of modern pieces based on the demands of the specific events.
